Founding Customer Offer

For VehPark's first 30 customers — locked prices apply for as long as you remain an active subscriber and cover the base subscription (40 EUR per month), additional locations (20 EUR per month per location), additional desktop licenses (4 EUR per month per computer) and Android licenses (25 EUR per month per device). Additional attachment storage and add-ons introduced in the future are charged according to the current price list.

Attachment storage

You can store attachments (PDF and JPG invoices, expenses and anything you upload through the administration) on VehPark storage, charged according to the current price list shown in the administration, or connect your own OneDrive or Google Drive at no extra charge. In that case the data is kept in your own storage and you are responsible for it.

Will the price increase later?

For the first 30 customers, no — the locked prices of the base subscription, desktop licenses and Android licenses stay the same for as long as you remain an active subscriber. Additional attachment storage and add-ons introduced in the future are charged according to the current price list.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — you can try VehPark for free, no credit card details required. Contact us to arrange trial access for your location.

Does the price include billing?

Yes — automated billing and financial reports are part of the base subscription.

What does the mobile app include?

The base subscription includes the public mobile app for drivers: without logging in, a driver sees nearby car parks and garages, but only those the company administrator chose to publish. Staff (admin, manager/operator) use the Android license, which is charged per device.

Where can I see the price of extra storage?

The price of extra attachment storage is shown in the administration and is charged according to the current price list.

Is there a contract commitment?

Terms depend on the number of locations and the equipment you use — contact us for an exact quote tailored to your car park.

Does VehPark work across multiple locations at once?

Yes — each location is tracked separately within the same account. The first location is included in the base subscription; each additional one costs half price and includes one desktop license.
